Breathhh Privacy Policy
Last update: September 8, 2026
About this policy
Breathhh is part of the Yahht ecosystem. This policy explains data processing for the Breathhh website, browser extension and shared Yahht account services. Contact us at mail@yahht.com about privacy or your data.
Website
You can browse this website without signing in. Sign-in, payment and subscription management take place at account.yahht.com. This website does not read your former Breathhh account cookie or retrieve your mood or browsing history.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. It can process cookies or similar identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device information, and approximate location. Our hosting infrastructure also processes technical request information to deliver the site. Browser settings and Google’s analytics controls can limit analytics collection.
When you play the embedded introductory video, your browser connects to YouTube. Links to the App Store, Chrome Web Store, social networks and other external services lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Browser extension: local data
The browser extension processes browsing activity on your device to provide activity summaries, focus controls and practice suggestions. Mood entries, practice history and activity records are stored locally. We do not send this browsing or mood history to Yahht-ID or product analytics.
Some settings and installation identifiers use the browser’s synchronized extension storage, subject to your browser’s sync settings. Local history is not a cloud backup: clearing extension data or removing the extension can erase it.
Yahht accounts and Premium
Free extension features do not require an account. If you sign in with Google through Yahht-ID, we process your Google account identifier, name, email and profile image to create or restore your Yahht account. We also keep account timestamps and product connection information to provide access across participating Yahht extensions.
Paddle processes checkout, payment details and subscription management. Yahht-ID associates the Paddle customer identifier with your account and checks subscription status to issue Premium access. Your card details are handled by Paddle rather than stored in Yahht-ID.
Product analytics
The extension and Yahht-ID use PostHog for product events such as installation, selected feature interactions, account connection and subscription events. Events can include an installation identifier, product and extension version, browser context and technical information. After sign-in, events can be associated with your Yahht account identifier. The extension disables automatic interaction capture and session recording; it does not attach browsing history or mood entries to these events. When the extension is removed, the browser opens our uninstall page with the installation identifier, and the page sends an uninstall event to PostHog without setting cookies.
Existing data and the iOS app
Existing account records may be imported to Yahht-ID to restore accounts and paid access. Previously stored Breathhh data may remain in the legacy service during the migration; changing the website does not itself delete those records.
The Breathhh iOS app remains a separate product with its existing account and data processing. Its account and usage information may be processed by the existing Breathhh services. The local processing description above applies to the updated browser extension, not to the iOS app. Refer to the app’s privacy disclosures and App Store listing, or contact us for information about your app data.
Use, sharing and storage
We use the information described here to deliver features, restore accounts, manage paid access, understand product use and respond to support requests. Service providers involved in these functions include our hosting provider DigitalOcean, Google, Paddle and PostHog. Information may be processed outside your country by these providers. If you email us, we process your message and contact details to respond.
We retain service records as needed for these purposes and applicable legal or accounting requirements. We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect them, but no system can guarantee complete security. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices and requests
You can use free extension features without signing in, adjust extension settings, control browser storage and remove the extension. To request access, correction or deletion of server-held personal information, contact mail@yahht.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Some payment records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Removing the extension or requesting data deletion does not itself cancel a paid subscription; manage it through your Yahht account.
Changes
We will update this page when our data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
